Late 18th Century French Daybed
We found this stunning French Empire daybed in an equally beautiful Chateau near Marseille. Rather like the Chateau, this daybed is in original and untouched condition. It has its original horsehair stuffing, springs and faded but charming fabric however, it remains very comfortable and only needs reupholstering to update the look. The frame is sturdy and in extremely good condition for its age with some minor historical scratches and chips.
